  • snuggles with my dog
  • the concern of my friends
  • coffee made by my dad
  • sleeping
  • lemon balm
  • L-lysine
  • Vitamin A
  • watching a sermon with my mom (who stayed home from church with me)
  • my brothers’ constant vigilance to keep me from scratching (even while itching my nose)
