PCK: Poor College Kid
Pasta and canned tomatoes were buy-1-get-1 at Publix this week. Cheese was also on sale.
Recipe (for 2)
Cook 2 servings of pasta.
Drain and return to pot. Reduce heat to medium.
Add a can of chopped tomatoes, 10-12 chopped kalamata olives, garlic powder, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt, oregano and rosemary to taste.
Bring to a boil.
Serve topped with shredded cheese.
In other words, I was hungry and didn’t plan ahead.
